Oia Town and Sunset

Oia is considered one of the most beatiuful of all villages of Santorini. It is known for its unique architecture, captains’ houses, Blue Domes, cave houses and the breathtaking  sunset. Everyday lot of people visiting Oia to enjoy the unique sunset and its colors its creates. Due to its location on a top of an impressive cliff, Oia offers a spectacular view over the volcano, the deep blue sea of Aegean and the nearby island of Thirassia.

Oia is quieter than other villages and is the only village of the island where you can find a marbled pedestrian road crossing the village and enjoy chic and expensive restaurants, tourists shops and art galleries.

Oia is situated on the north of the island, 12 km away from Fira.
